Swing Jaw – Recovery of the Front Face to original specifications,
recovery of the Bottom Retainer Lip, Removal and Replacement of the top Swing
Bushings. We have recovered
numerous Swing and Stationary Jaws, including the re-welding of side cracks to
fabricated jaws and manufacture of HD bolted and welded on Bottom Retainer
Lips.

Machine Re-manufactured these 36” Toggles by weld buildup and
re-machining of the male and female radius’s true and parralel to each
other. The Pitman Bearing is a Babitt
Shell re-poured in house and precision machined parallel to the recovered
bottom female radius. We highly
recommend that the matting Pitman Shaft be Precision Ground by us to better
insure a lasting fit and that the recovered shaft be matted with it’s own
Pitman Bearing!
Wear surfaces
are Chrome Plated on completion of the machined recovery.
